You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking within 14 days prior to your check-in date. However, if you cancel after that time, the first 30 days of your stay will be non-refundable. In the event you request to cancel while already checked in and booked for multiple months, any completed dates and the remainder of the current month will be non-refundable. However, you can still cancel any future months without penalty.
