I can not say enough good things about my stay. I rented this adorable apartment for 6 weeks during my radiation treatment. The owners are incredibly sweet. They left me a get well basket and helped with anything I needed. This space was so comfortable. Decor was like being at my own home. This complex is close to the Med Center and has a shuttle if needed. Pool and gym were great as I spent lots of days at both. Herman Park and the Zoo are close. I will definitely rent again for any of my medical visits.

It’s a very quiet and peaceful environment, the apartment is very clean and spacious. The only advice I would suggest is that there should be some extra form of security in the apartment. It was very easy for for kids to open the door from inside, so maybe fixing a bolt at the top will be much appreciated, cos for someone with kids you can’t leave the kids alone in the leaving room and go to the bathroom or take a nap, without the fear of them opening the door and going out.
Aside that every other this in the apartment and about the apartment are great.
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking within 14 days prior to your check-in date. However, if you cancel after that time, the first 30 days of your stay will be non-refundable. In the event you request to cancel while already checked in and booked for multiple months, any completed dates and the remainder of the current month will be non-refundable. However, you can still cancel any future months without penalty.
